I cannot say enough nice things about Jane Roberts. She is an absolute pleasure to work with! I came in with ideas and inspiration, i knew generally what I wanted, and I had faith in her abilities as a florist, but I was floored when I actually saw our vision realized on my wedding day. It was a fairytale come to life in front of my eyes. Every single component was more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. Jane is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and so, so kind. We had a couple of brainstorming/planning sessions and then she just took the plan and ran with it. She made my day so special and uniquely beautiful.
I will share one story — my husband really likes lavender, and it has become special to me too. Lavender was one of our wedding colors, and we also wanted to use the actual herb in our bouquets and centerpieces. Jane was sure she could make this happen for us at a reasonable rate. But then after looking into it the season had been wet, the crop poor, and the prices were astronomical. We sadly said goodbye to the dream of having lavender in our wedding. But Jane is a magical person — she somehow managed to secure and order fresh, affordable lavender for us just a couple of weeks before our wedding! We were so happy! People commented on the bouquets, and corsages and boutonnieres, the church flowers, AND the table centerpieces all night long! I cannot recommend her enough!

We went to Jane Roberts for help with flowers for our daughter’s wedding and it was one of the smartest steps we took. She listened to our ideas and then assured us that we could leave this part with her, not to worry. And she proved to be entirely correct.
The bride’s bouquet was stunning – lavish without being overdone and perfectly scaled for our bride. Bridesmaids’ flowers and the men’s boutonnieres, gardenias for the mothers and grandmothers – all were gorgeous, nicely delivered and lovely to wear.
Her creations for the sanctuary were elegant, simple and beautiful and she thoughtfully built them in containers that allowed two to be shifted to the reception site. Jane’s skill and calm were such a relief in the midst of all the other wedding details. Jane is creative, an excellent listener and problem-solver. I can recommend her most highly to create floral displays for any occasion and certainly as a rock of support during any wedding.

I can say without a doubt I loved the flowers at my wedding. Jane is so great to work with and made the process so east and worry free. It was one thing during the planning process I knew I did not have to spend a lot of time on, because I was so confident in her work. I came with some pictures and ideas of colors and flowers that I liked, and she gave me great input and ideas on what would work best for the season and my budget. She even came and moved the flowers from the Wedding to the reception and helped out in such a big way. I loved working with Jane because of her eye for beautiful flower arrangements but also because she is such a sweet person. She investigated to learn about brunia berries to put in my arrangements.
